Employment Opportunities

Working with us

At Women’s Health Victoria, we foster and harbor an environment of inclusion, innovation and respect. We aim to improve the health, wellbeing and gender equality for Victorian women through leadership, expertise and support.

Working at WHV you become part of a dedicated community guided by a shared goal, carrying out meaningful work with the commitment and courage to make a difference.

Every three years our staff and management come together to negotiate our Enterprise Agreement. Our staff are proud to have negotiated a number of innovative employee benefits such as family, life and work balance through flexible working arrangements and over award structure. Our 2018 WHV Enterprise Agreement 2018 outlines these benefits and more.

Our staff are committed and passionate about making a difference in health outcomes for all women. This commitment is underpinned by our Code of Conduct. Our staff came together to develop the type of organisation they would like to work for and the type of behaviours they would like to see around them.

The organisation has a Culture Club that is represented by members from all teams, who come together to create a calendar of events and to guide our organisational work activities to support the health and wellbeing of our staff.
