This three hour interactive workshop introduces learners to key concepts relating to gender equality and its impact in the workplace. It explores gender, gender inequality, unconscious bias, and workplace tools and strategies to promote gender equality in the workplace.
This workshop is designed for professionals working in any organisation – including managers, HR staff, and staff working in equity, diversity and inclusion – who are interested in creating equal, safe and respectful workplaces. Scenarios can be tailored to specific workplaces and sectors or industries.
This training is delivered throughout the year at Women’s Health Victoria’s training centre in Melbourne’s CBD. We also deliver the training off-site and can tailor it to a specific audience upon request.
