WHV's Innovate Reconciliation Action Plan has been formally endorsed by Reconciliation Australia.
A Reconciliation Action Plan is a framework and business plan that sets out what organisations need to do to contribute to reconciliation, and, importantly, the resources needed to commit to this.
As the second stage of WHV’s RAP journey, this Innovate RAP builds on our foundational Reflect RAP. Our RAP sets out a series of 15 key actions and associated deliverables under four main headings: Relationships, Respect, Opportunities, and Governance.
