This article looks at the role educators can play in creating a world where all people have equal respectful access to resources and opportunities regardless of gender, race, ability or sexual orientation.

Highlighting that while everyone has a role to play in this work, as educators, this change can start with educators through their teaching practice and the way they engage with learners.
