The Action for Gender Equality partnership is a partnership of gender experts delivering gender equality services to organisations across Victoria.
Two short courses are available for people who are interested in learning about gender equity, the emerging roles in gender equity work, and how the Australian workplace is changing. These courses offer a pathway into employment or further study and have been developed for the Learn Local training provider to deliver.
The Course in Gender Equity is Australia’s first accredited gender equity training program. The course will equip individuals with the knowledge, skills and solutions to engage in gender equity work and identify and address gender equality issues in the workplace.
The Gender Equity Microcredentials are online credentials that have been developed by industry for industry, ensuring their relevance to the professional development needs of the emerging workforce contributing to gender equality in the workplace.
