Secure Payments

At Women’s Health Victoria we recognise the importance of handling your payment details in a safe and secure manner. WHV uses Stripe for secure processing of online purchases. Refund

At Women’s Health Victoria we understand the need to purchase training that suits your needs. We have been careful to provide you with sufficient information to enable you to come to a confident buying decision; we also offer consultation prior to the purchase to clarify your needs to ensure that you purchase the correct training program.

In the event of a customer wishing to cancel their online training order and receive a refund, Women’s Health Victoria will only consider a refund where the online platform has not been accessed and it has been identified after the purchase that the purchaser has been unable to access the training due to IT issues being experienced by the purchaser.

Where a customer seeks to cancel training that includes a face-to-face component, including online interactive training, a cancellation fee will be charged as follows:

Timescale Charge
More than 5 business days’ notice No charge
3 – 5 business days’ notice 50%
Less than 3 business days’ notice 100%

Cancellation fees will be invoiced to the customer for payment on finalisation of cancellation.

Organisational training – changes to delivery dates

Women’s Health Victoria also recognises that organisations can sometimes face challenges, both within and outside their control, to securing staff enrolments for scheduled training arranged under a Training Agreement. This however is viewed as an exceptional circumstance and it is expected that once a delivery date is agreed in writing that the training will proceed as planned.

There is substantial planning put into delivery of workplace training, including the securing of trainers, as such any changes to dates after the signing of a Training Agreement will incur the following fees:

Cancellation fee where the required notice has not been provided

Administration fee of $100 per change.

Receiving your order

Once online payment is received Women’s Health Victoria will email you a receipt and instructions to access your online training. All personal data provided to facilitate the sale is stored in accordance with legislation and our Privacy Policy.

Once payment is received against invoice for organisational training, Women’s Health Victoria will finalise the implementation of the agreed training plan with the organisational contact via email.

Your Account

Our online system will hold details of your account and sales transactions with us and they may be viewed only with your username and password.

Organisational contacts will be provided with copies of all executed documents under a Training Agreement via email.
