National human rights consultation
Submission by Women’s Health Victoria to the National human rights consultation. Discusses the protection and promotion of human rights in Australia; which human rights should be protected; standard of living; social welfare; health; the right to life and when life begins; freedom of thought, conscience, religion and belief; and freedom of expression. Advocates for a national human rights charter, based on the Victorian model, to ensure that women’s rights and sexual and reproductive health are respected.
