National Classification Scheme review
Submission by Women’s Health Victoria to the: National Classification Scheme review. The submission provides recommendations in relation to classification for outdoor advertising, inclusion of consumer advice labels on images that have been digitally altered, amendment of the Guidelines for the classification of publications 2005 to ensure that publications are able to publish real depictions of women’s genitalia for unrestricted consumption, regulation of advertising and television content through the National Classification Scheme, and expansion of the scheme to address objectification.
