Implementation of CEDAW in Australia

Submission by Women’s Health Victoria to the Australian CEDAW NGO report 2009, coordinated by the YWCA. Advocates for a stronger commitment to gender equality and use of sex-disaggregated data across all departments and levels of government in Australia in order to improve women’s health outcomes. Draws on best practice examples from the U.K. and Canada.
