Submission by Women’s Health Victoria to the: Consultation on potential boundaries for Medicare Locals and Local Hospital Networks. It provides feedback on the principles for determining boundaries, definitions of key terms, health equity, using Primary Care Partnerships as a basis for Medicare Locals in Victoria, statewide organisations' funding and roles under the reforms, the role of the Divisions of General Practice, service mapping, and the future of health promotion, population health and women’s health- at the population and local levels- and their role within Medicare Locals.
