News & Events
Jointly presented by Women’s Health Victoria and the Heart Foundation.
Heart disease is the biggest killer of women in Victoria. This thought-provoking forum aims to explore the link between inequity and heart disease, and its impact on women. Our guest speakers will stimulate discussion about how heart disease affects low-income women and women from immigrant and refugee backgrounds, and how the treatment women receive in hospital differs considerably to that of men.
